Our individualized lifestyle diet plans are easy to follow and focus primarily on changing people's behaviors rather than providing them with a quick-fix. They are appropriate for all age groups.

We educate children, adolescents and their families about nutrition and establish positive approaches to help the child reach a healthy weight.

We also help women pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy and after to ensure proper education about food behaviors for her and her child alike; discussing breastfeeding and food introduction for her newly born.

We believe in proper follow up and persistence in order to keep the weight OFF.

Weight Loss Plans: (All Ages)

We offer you diet plans that are suitable for those who want to lose, gain or maintain their weights without deprivation nor medications!!!

We will make sure your diet resembles you, so you can maintain the weight loss.

These plans consist of:

  • 7 biweekly visits
  • 2 body composition tests
  • 1 maintenance session
  • 1 body composition test for friend
  • Cookbook with its measuring cups and spoons for proper and healthy cooking
  • A Pedometer to count your steps, active minutes, kilometers and calories burnt
  • A sample of all our food products; 2 Bran sticks Cornflakes, 2 Rice cakes, 1 Peanut paste, 1 Cranberry Bran Bar and 1 Carob Cookie Box

In collaboration with your doctor, we will help you better understand and cope with your medical condition. Our diet plans follow the American Dietetic Association's (ADA) recommendations and are appropriate for:
